Rowallane Gardens
PRD are working on an exciting project with The National Trust on Rowallane Gardens in County Down - the brief is to provide a new visitor centre and eatery within the existing 1860’s residence - The project based around the historic gardens is set to open towards the end of July - we will follow up with some pictures of the completed project!
Restaurant Scheme
PRD were involved with the previous refurbishment of this well renowned Northern Irish restaurant. Having built up a good relationship with the clients, we were brought back on board to update the restaurants facilities with the inclusion of a cocktail bar and additional dining balconies. We worked closely with the clients to compliment their vision - we wanted to share some our initial sketch elevations/sketches with you - completed photos to follow!
PRD created a sketchup model for a pop up showroom concept for Donnelly Group. The stand-alone showroom is situated in the main mall of the Rushmere shopping centre, it will house some of Donnelly Groups best value marques over the next 3 months. Some pictures to follow!

Club MUSEE
I stumbled across this interesting night club on the web - it is club MUSEE based in Madrid - it is everything a night club should be sophisticated, dark & edgy with a hint of escapism! I think a PRD study trip will have to be arranged!
PRD were tasked with transforming an under utilised toilet link corridor within one of Dublins premier shopping centre’s - The link corridor is to become the gateway to a new health and beauty area. Our solution was to create a high end retail display mall - using highly lit showcases with clean and simple lines to form a sophisticated walk.
We re-looked at the toilet lobbies and used timber & stone extensively to create a richer luxurious finish in keeping with the new mall. giant lit signage provides a contemporary twist. We will follow up with some site photos in the new year!
PRD Visit to 100% Design London! - On Thursday PRD made their annual pilgrimage to the 100% Design Show Earls Court London! This years show featured designs from every country with the theme based on green design! - of course it wasn’t just all work…
We have attached some more photos of the Guestroom for the Hotel that that we are completing. We were briefed to modernise the existing tired room design. We designed the furniture using dark timbers for sophistication, rich upholstery on the headboard, desk top & wardrobe doors add a touch of luxury to the overall scheme.
